#49 GX_CA_ONE

I noticed that there is a GX_CC_ONE (TEV color combiner input) define in gx.h, but no GX_CA_ONE (TEV alpha combiner input). Could we get a GX_CA_ONE please? It would be really nice to pass in a solid one without having to go through KONST. Thanks!
