yes, It can be executed at boot time... In this case, what's the best way to
do this?.... I mean, there is a procedure in DL to this kinds of scripts? (I
need to execute it just one time)

I never came across something like that.
Would it be possible to run that installation script later, once the  
DL system boots?
Sometimes it's enough to patch the installer script.

Do you have local storage available on that box?
If yes, take a look at the file /etc/sysconfig/lvmtab
If not, maybe you can work with symlinks which point back to  
/etc/heartbeat/somefolder. Of course this would only be saved on  
save-config.
