I posted the 1.3 release zip file from the Youtube video and includes the resource editor and the updates I specified.

This one uses a setup wizard and requires an install on your computer. As of this moment, it has not been tested with Windows 8.1, but if you do try it please let me know how it goes.

Hello! I posted the first release of the desktop buddy creator, the one that uses an .exe to run, rather than a setup wizard.

This one does not have the updates from the 1.3 release YouTube video, but will be easier to try out and even works on Windows 8.1!
