#1 Windows abstraction layer depends on vendor libraries

The OS abstraction layer is currently implemented for posix-like operating systems only. For Windows, Touchstone relies on functions supplied by the different vendors. This is an undesired dependency.
This should not be much work. See os/posix/touchstone_os_abstraction.c for the Posix version.
The only potential difficulty would be the timer implementation.
