#2 Date and year popups draw as "..." on MacOS X

The month and year popups are not wide enough to draw the text of the month and year, so they are displayed as "..." instead. You can see the month and year text if you pop up the list.

This can be fixed by widening the panel from 200 to 240 in two places in DatePicker.java .

This is on MacOS X Snow Leopard with Java 1.6 update 24.
