Fails in OTM 0.9.5, was passing with OTM 2650. Tested against RI 1.0.4.

The ResourceURI in the header of the Pull message was incorrect, I've updated it in 2695. The test is failing due to the __cimnamespace selector being missing in the SelectorSet elements returned by the RI.

This issue still exists in v1.0.6 and is a result of a some recent spec changes.
