#1 database dump file import error

The realmdatabase.sql has a bug in it.
Look at the sql import statement for DefaultSkills
table row 140 (double throw skill)

'Throw primary and secondary weapons in one move. Seq
coming?, '-5% speed', '1',

after "Seq coming?" there is no closing quote.
