#21 Bug in server - Administrator has limited access

I had found following bug in the Cybera server. Bellow is what I had done:

• I had created additional accounts for me and other employees
• I had logged into my account
• I had created positions into recharges and services
• I had logged back as administrator

The result:

None of the created on other account values for the Recharges and Services
