#1 Compile with visual studio.net

This should make scc plugin compile with visual
studio.net. I hope you are still working on this
project. Because braces in if then else and for loops
didn't match due to macro expansion.

I am unable to build tortoiseCVS and as such I couldn't
complete the build of this scc plugin. (I get errors
about missing stdafx.h and getline.c in tortoisecvs
files, I could resolv the first quickly, not the
second). So I hope you do another release soon. Because
the current 0.2 fails to work with visual studio .net
as it says it could not use the provided scc plugin.

Sorry, I hadn't seen this until now.
0.3 is compiled with .NET 2003, so there should not be any
problems anymore.

BTW, there is no patch attached.
