Now that summer is over in the northern hemisphere, CT-CRM Version 1.6beta is released and available for downloading for your investigation and helping us with testing and coding.

Changes:
- General bugfixing
- Added possibility to validate entities in block for validators
- Added "sign" products feature and datamining on this item: the application will automatically alert you if you have an equal amount of products, but with opposite sign, in some entities. This will help desk jobs
- Added the Calendar module (testing)
- Added more powerful query system in summary.php
- Redesigned del.php... read more

Hi guys,
language files are available in Tracker Section under Translations. Go there and browse all (not only opened) items. Global.inc.php for new languages (6 at now) are there. Download it and upload your files.
Soon I will put a lang patche containing all.

A 6 language release pre-stable (but with a lot of bugs fixed and new features, as calendar) will be ready soon.

1. go to http://www.customer-touch.com/crm/languages/index.php

2. Choose the language that you are translating FROM ( presently English or Italian),

3. Choose the language that you are interested in translating TO, from the pull-down menu.

Enter a new language in the empty prompt box,

This release is ready for developer and team members for testing and bugfixing. The release will walk until the 1.5stable will be obtained.
Feel free to test, ask, submit bugs, translate, correct.

We are preparing for our first stable release of our project, hopefully around the 21st.

We are looking for more members who have experience with the following:
XML - for an interesting bit to come
PHP - for the interface
MySQL - for database schema and management
DB2 - for an additional db platform
CVS - for version controlled release of the code

Customer-Touch CRM is a web-based, platform independent, Customer Relationship Management application written in PHP and having MySql as a database server.
This release added an autoinstall script and some bug fixes. Multilanguage is not completed, but most of the application is in english. We are now working on full multilanguage support and on planning of new features of the application (tracking and messaging system will be the most important).

I was far from the project during last weeks. A busy time. I'm back working on my assigned tasks as promised.
I saw new release here on sf. Good job guys.
I saw also how member's list is growing. I hope we will have some help.

In order to get latest files to all our team members without using cvs, we realized this package.
Some bugs solved, added some new features (db backup, printer friendly page), keep goin'on with multilanguage, enhancing of the apllication's structure.
We hope to give all ml in new release.
Please, take a look on project's site, because we are starting developing a couple of new features as the online tracking system and the outbound-inbound messaging module.... read more

In this days we are concentrated on first multilanguage release. We want to apologize with all the non-italian part of the team for this delay.

During last weeks we decided to grow up our team: after developing all in few people, we discovered that a lot of help is needed.
Some guys joined the project in almost any role of the project (design, coding, pm, test..). The team is almost complete, but feel free to contact us in order to join the team: we need allways help!

First public release is on download server.
Differently from our promise, this version still not completely multilanguage. Feel free to help us in translating it from italian to english. Then from english to other languages.
We decides to publish it just because some people are join the project, and we want to give them the code to look at and not just a demo.

Project started few days ago. In reality was started this summer and we have realyzed pre-alpha version. We are right now testing it in a client installation (almost 7000 customers worldwide).
Asap we will put first files in order to show our application.
