Reorganised project to compile a static library.

Uploaded a very early version. Currently unstable, and convergence is heavily dependent on the sparsity of the input matrix A.

While performance is not on par with the current state-of-the-art solvers, it is in the ballpark, solving for 50000 points in about a second (depending on the sparsity of the matrix.
