#6 MakePredictiveCall does not waits for answer

With interworking with Unify Openscape 4000 and OpenScape Business, MakePredictive returns with success when the called party begins ringing and does not waits for the answer. Response should only received if predictive call channel built up properly.

Fixed with commit #190
MakePredictiveCall accepts sofia/ urls as called device to bypass early answer report caused by loopback/ syntax. Included in 0.3 and 1.0 branches.
