#971 No help for various commands

In Server (v1.75.0-1463-gfaf42f5d5) and GTK2 client (Crossfire v1.75.0-1316-ge19bd3e61) built from top of the Master branch in April 2025, the give command reports no help is available.

Various commands do not have in-game help:

• dmhide
• east
• fix_me
• give
• inventory
• north
• northeast
• northwest
• reputation
• resistances
• south
• southeast
• southwest
• take *
• time
• west
• whereami
• who

"take" is a bit special:

help take

whilst other failures look more like:

No help available on 'whereami'
