there are many, many statements and phrases that occur repeatedly (in various forms) which do not convey any useful information; good examples in job postings are: (1) ability to multitask and (2) strong communication skills (oral and written); most of these boilerplate requirements descibe essential skills which all employees should have, and they impede the task of rapidly scanning posts;

need a user-configurable way (using the xml configuration file) to surpress this "boilerplate" when the post text is presented in summary format for a human to scan; this boilerplate should not be removed from the cannonical posting text that is scanned by the filters;
