Have you edited /usr/local/etc/cpu.cfg to represent the appropriate
bind_dn for the DIT manager? If you have modified this file, could you
please send it to me off list (minus the bind_pass) and we'll take a
look at it? Thanks. Also, judging from the output you provided, are
you running cpu on the same machine as the directory is running on? If
not, you will need to adjust your ldap_host setting.
