I don't know if the EULA allows it, but if you could make
Arial Unicode MS (a 23 Mb font featuring tens of
thousands of glyphs) available, I'd appreciate it very
much. Once upon a time, you could get this font from
MS's website, but no longer it seems.
The Arial Unicode MS font that used to be available on the
MS Office site was intended to be an optional update for MS
Project users, IIRC, even though it was generic and anyone
could download and install it, regardless of whether they
had any MS software at all. The EULA for it did not allow
redistribution.
AFAIK, the proper way to obtain Arial Unicode MS is to
install or update an installation of MS Office, selecting to
install the international components (I forget what they
call them exactly), which is requires choosing to do a
custom install.
