either include the setting for all games -> we also may need bot difficulty then
or default to setup all games to always launch with 0 bots, so hosts can add them ingame via game console
currently it is an issue with following usecase:
- open ut, host a multiplayer game with bots
- close ut
- open coopnet, host ut game, launch ut
- now ut used the last settings specified from last ingame hosting
- hosts who dont know enough about the game console will not be able to remove the bots from ingame
