#69 Trouble handling filenames with unicode characters

When I try to load an mp3 file with a filename that has
unicode characters, such as "小野秀幸 - ｾｯｼｮﾝｴﾝﾄﾘｰ.
ogg", the player gives me a "Could not scan" error message.
