I would like to suggest that scheduling VIP's.

A VIP is a special designation given to an attendee. The
VIP would be in charge of putting on a number of
sections. A good example would be the RPGA
Gamemaster, running different gaming events, or a
guest of honor hosting panels.

The VIP would be assigned specific sections, the same
way an attendee would. However, the VIP would get a
list printed of his VIP duties along with events.

The purpose of this addition is to schedule the facilities
and people involved in the convention. This is often one
of the most tricky tasks in putting on a con. Thanks for
your consideration.
