#49 annotation editor showing empty itemlist and single tab

When adding or editing an annotation (e.g. scope, purpose, knowledge source), the annotation editor in 1.0.4-SNAPSHOT is different from the one in 1.0.1. It is showing the component that shows the list of annotations in Protege 4, but the list is empty; so it doesn't add anything to the editor. Also, in 1.0.1 the type of annotation was hidden (there were no tabs for constant, individual, etc.). Now you still only have one tab, but it's visible.
