#48 headings of annotation views are 'double'

the rendering of the annotation views is not entirely correct, For example "knowledge source" before the + menu is being rendered twice, once in black and once in gray, but slightly next to each other; this makes the label very hard to read. Some views are not affected; eg "natural language descriptions"
