Equalizer APO issues solver version 1.2.0.0. by Peter Verbeek.
1. Configuration Editor crashes at its startup (version 1.3 or lower). It briefly appears and crashes.
2. Configuration Editor registry keys are messed up. The editor won't start up.
3. Your Windows startup folder doesn't exist. Equalizer APO won't install or apps won't start up, probably crash.
4. The link file connecting Equalizer APO to Voicemeeter doesn't exist. No Voicemeeter virtual devices can be influenced.
5. The update checker of Equalizer APO pops up an annoying error message. This happens at computer startup.

1.) The issues solver removes this bug by deleting the 'windowState' value of the 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\EqualizerAPO\Configuration Editor' registry key.
2.) It's unknown why the registry keys of the Configuration Editor gets messed up. It seldom happens but the issues solver deletes all registry keys which solve this issue.
3.) Sometimes your Windows startup folder is removed by some app or by Windows itself. Creating it again solves this issue.
4.) The link file VoicemeeterClient.lnk refers to the executable VoicemeeterClient.exe in c:\program files\equalizerapo. In principle you could start this executable yourself to connect to Voicemeeter but this has to be done every time after you started your computer. So the link file is made in your Windows startup folder.

Instead of the Configuration Editor you might want to try the Peace equalizer interface:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/peace-equalizer-apo-extension
This app is fully maintained in contrary to the Configuration Editor.
