As a result of the OOSE summer term project OOSE, the third beta JCommSy release is available. This release covers the rubrics 'announcements' and 'groups' and can be installed as an add-in to a PHP CommSy Version 5.7.0. Improving the Java release it completes the rubric 'groups' and solves all known problems (see release notes).
