I installed subclipse and colorer with Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers.
Here is details about eclipse.

What version of colorer do you have installed?

Similar issues appears on an older 0.7.2 and are related to some race conditions.
If so, could you try to install 0.8.0 (you have to download it manually) ?
