The class image for class A wasn't generated properly, where A is associated simply with B and C, and there is an additional associative association between A and C with the associative class D; B appeared on top of A.

I tried this with the latest graphviz (2.26.3): no change. It seems to happen if A is large (has lots of operations, as in the attached example cat file).
