#328 Zogi RPC2 support for retrieving _CONTENTS from Plain text files

Legacy zOGI allows the getObject to retrieve Contents (16384) from text files. That is a handy for storing plain text formats, text/html, and retrieving them with getObject instead of attachFS, when the desire is for the content of a file, rather than a file.
