test co-writer

test the co-writer tool after the integration with xmpp:

• in the test with the extra step we have tested the functionalities of the tool;
• in the test with the session we have tested the functionalities of groups, etc.

We have conducted the test both for TCP and XMPP.

extra step

   1. the server writes something

   1. the server gives the token to pina

   1. pina writes something - BUG this is not shown to the server
   2. pina deletes something written from the server
4. connection of a client
   1. he appears in the users'list
   2. the server gives the token to the new user
   3. the new user writes something
   4. the new user deletes something
5. disconnection of a client
   1. he disappears from the users list

BUG the controller throws exception during the shutdown because try to update the users list while the widget is already disposed
