#29 Cache mistakes

Sometimes the CDS system return a bad content for a
cached page.
We should clear the cache through the Admin servlet to
RAZ this mistakes. This problem is absolutely random.

To fix this problem, we should disable the cache system
for the page Cache on the online System (what's
damage).

In Addition, we can't disabled the cache system for the
PackageTag.

We have'nt problem with the template cache because
we are using only jspTemplate which are not cached by
Cofax.
