#16 Database DDL wrong case

the Cofax.sql in 2.0RC1 has the incorrect case for all
table names (all are lowercase only).

It appears the sql file in cvs is still mixed case. Can you
correct this?

cofax.sql is corrected in RC2.

When I view cofax.sql in CVS ( you can online at:
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/\*checkout*/cofax/cofax/apps/cdw_mysql/cofax.sql?content-type=text%2Fplain&rev=1.7
) it appears this hasn't been checked in. Can you take a look?

Looks great Badr. I've changed Status to Closed and
Resolution to Fixed.
