#10 Remove site administrator user action link not working

When removing a user with site adminisstrator rights
from the system, the user remains listed under site
administrator list, However the user can not login to
the system i.e. the user is effectively removed even
though he/she remain listed under site administrator
user list.

This has been fixed. Now when you view the admins the
inactive users do not show up.
