This is a major effort with one important consequence: support for Lua as a scripting language. Now you can write scripts to check model simulation for assessment of individual unit state and impose some logic (in Lua) to regulate model contents, connections or input.

There are plans to extend such neuroplastic processes to include inter-process communications, local as well as over network.

After a few, mostly cosmetic, version bumps past 1.0, CNrun has got all the features I intended it to have. Enjoy!
