The Entity "PropertyDescription" doesn't serialize the Field "PropertyDataTypeDescription" correctly,
it also doesn't deserialize it.

Also the provided Testcases doesn't cover the Metadata.

possible Fix: Control De-/Serialzation of the Array via "[System.Xml.Serialization.XmlElementAttribute("PropertyDataTypeDescription")]"
