#20 Please rename: Changelog -> ChangeLog

The Changelog file inside clearlooks has to be renamed
to ChangeLog otherwise the configure system fails and
reports a missing 'ChangeLog' file. While there is one
char difference it is essential for a good build. The
auto* tools seem to be really strikt about naming
things correctly.
