Hi, using Classic Shell with my personal Start button Icon, under some condition, i have discovered a BUG.
If i use "internal program icon look" the BUG don't appears.

The Bug consists to show not "Classic Shell Start Menu Style" but "Microsoft Windows Menu Style".
I have proved with different personal icon button and the bug are always showed.
It appears only in one condition and in one exact mouse position:

  • When i'm using personal icon with button size less than 25%. [my case 22%]
I have noted that problem persists when icon has a dimension smallest than the height of taskbar

  • Icon small that 25% and when I point my mouse on the right side of icon in the top corner,
or right side of icon in the middle, or right side of icon in the bottom corner
[ just before line separation to Quick Launch icons ]
If i move mouse some other pixels to the left the problem disappears.

In addiction i have discovered that reducing value % od dimension, the icon size is correctly reduced,
but if i set 0 % the icon is not removed [zero/100 = 0], but it is showed as user have setted value equals 53%

Thanks
Best Regards

You can try adjusting the padding around the button image. You can insert more transparent pixels to increase the padding.

The button size is not in %, but in pixels. 0 is a special value which means "use the width of the provided image".
