Freeze while drgging item to folder
Start menu and Windows enhancement software

Version 3.6.2 on Windows 8 Pro
I dragged an app to the end of the list of programs. Then I decided to drag it to an existing menu folder. After I released the mouse button to drop, the display of program items froze and clicking anywhere just produced a error sound. I then rt-clicked the start button and picked exit. the app exited but the image of the list of all programs remained visible. I then rt-clicked the desktop and choose refresh. that reset the screen.
Additional info: Exiting Classic Start clears the screen
Most likely this is the problem described here: https://sourceforge.net/p/classicshell/discussion/1049755/thread/14dc6d2c/
That may be, but since there is no way to see behind the frozen display, who would know? Exiting apparently closes what ever dialog may have been invisible so, again, there is no way to tell if it was there or not. Perhaps a test needs to be conducted to gauge the possibility of the action completing and generate a custom dialog that you can bring to the front.
Yes, it is a known bug and hopfully will be addressed in the next release.
Thank you
This is fixed in version 3.6.3. It tries to detect if new UI has appeared behind the start menu and will close the menu.
Thank you.
