Okay, this isn't really a bug, but...

If you had asked me to what the term "Windows start menu" refers, I would said that the term refers to the menu that Classic Shell adds to Windows 8, and NOT to the "Metro start screen" found in Windows 8. So, to avoid confusion, the menu descriptor "Windows start menu" that is found under the "Controls" tab would be better labelled as the "Metro start screen" or similar.
