cannot unstall, can't play bts at all.

Not sure if anyone is still tracking these tickets. I am having the same problem. I've uninstalled Civ 4 and reinstalled (several times - I purchased/downloaded via GOG). I cannot find any files relative to the BUG mod and am therefore unable to remove them. First, I was able to open the game but it lacked the interface so impossible to play. Now every time I try to play BTS (after a fresh uninstall/reinstall), I get the first few opening visuals but when I click "launch", the game just closes. Really...
