On windows 10 installing this jre version , it runs on very low graphics. Font is bad. It works but looks very ugly. Though on troubleshooting visual quality increases, still its not good. I dont know how to tackle this problem.

The solution is to download the .jar file instead of the Windows EXE version. Install a JRE like Microsoft's rendition of OpenJDK (link - hope it's permanent). Get the .msi package and install it like any other application. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/java/openjdk/download
Download the logisim app as a .jre even though it says Linux and MacOS. It's Java. It'll run.

Hey, I've found the java version that is necessary: here is the download link: https://www.oracle.com/webapps/redirect/signon?nexturl=https://download.oracle.com/otn/java/jdk/1.5.0_01/jre-1_5_0_01-windows-i586-p.exe
I've tried it on windows xp, and it works, I did it virtualy.
I think if java 5.0 is installed on the system, his program will work
I've put the java version I used in this message if you do not wish to create an account at oracle.

Double click the .jre file and enjoy Logisim.
