CIERA Cross Architecture

CIERA can create a cross architecture of multiple crosses. A cross architecture is a representation of the parent's response to diagnostic markers for helping with cross planning.
NOTE: The Analysis module has to first load a python environment, so it may take 30-45 seconds to come up. Please be patient...

Preparation

1. Ensure that the CIERA database has the most up-to-date marker screening datasets loaded.
2. Create a text file of marker names. It should be in this format :

Run Analysis

1. Click Run Cross Architecture
2. A window will open up with the results. Click on Export to Excel if you would like to export the results to a .xlsx file.
