The major changes in this release are new features supporting resource management (org.chwf.resources) and the removal of Maven from the build process. This means that the web site and documentation have been revised (a bit less "Mavenish"). Although Maven is a nice tool, the fact that it has not reached a 1.0 release has hindered maintenance of the Chrysalis build. Once Maven is final, we may go back to using it. The full change log is at http://chrysalis.sourceforge.net/change-log.html
Support for JSTL Expression Language, enhancements to security and page-based XML configuration for views.
