#8 Could not work well with directory name encoding in GB2312

When open A chm with its inner pathname is encoded with GB2312, CHM reader failed to open its main page. And when with another, it opens the main page, but the side bar failed to parse its guide line, and this ebook hasn't any link in the main page. It seems that chm reader only works well with UTF encoding path name？
