#15 svn autoreconf not working

hi

i am trying to install the server with svn-trunk

and getting this Error

[root@www trunk]# autoreconf -ifs # create "configure"

checked if gettext is is installed

[root@www trunk]# gettext
gettext gettextize
[root@www trunk]# gettext --version

i have also tried tar ball source and it is giving me following error

[root@www chessd-0.3.1]# ./configure
configure: error: cannot find install-sh or install.sh in auxdir "."/auxdir
[root@www chessd-0.3.1]#

can you please help in this.
