"No data" message for every symbol

Hello,

I run Chart Geany (v6.2.3) on windows 10 (20H2) but when i want to download data from Yahoo or Alpha Vantage (with key saved in options/ account) i get the message "No data" for every symbol i tried (for example STMN.SWI). The network connection is fine that is, my browser works fine and i tried via options/general "new version notification on program launch" -> button "check now" then i get the message "You run the current version for your platform". What could be the problem?

I need to know the package you downloaded? You got it from microsoft store, or from sourceforge, and which one.

And something else: Have you tried other symbols? Let's say GE or T or F.

Hi Lucas,
I got it from sourceforge (green button v6.2.3). I tried GE,T and F also but no change that is i still get the message "no data". I removed the sourgeforge version and tried it with the version from the microsoft store (v6.2.3) but same issue. On the same system i booted with ubuntu and downloaded it from sourceforce (green button v6.2.3) and that version works fine :)

I just checked all three windows binaries and they work fine. It seems like something is missing from your system, that is needed by the new version of Qt 5.15.2. The older binaries were built with Qt 5.15.0. I will investigate a little more and I will let you know.
