Changelog / News: Recent posts

Changelog 2.0 is in the works with more features, a better interface, and easier deployability.

This fixes a minor problem with an extra update blank update posting with each normal update. This also fixes the possiblity of reposting on a refresh.

Changelog 1.2 has ben released with only a couple changes. It's now one file, and has a small feature update.

Well I just put up changelog on sourceforge, it was meant to be a simple script for a project I'm working on, but I thought I'd go GPL with it and add some features.
