This is a pre-alpha release (due to porting it here from Turbo-C to a fairly generic C tested on dev-c++/mingw/gcc ), key parts are known broken even though it will compile.

NEEDED: Time control -- it used to use date control also, in order to handle midnight, but that might not be needed anymore.

The ch0 ball is rolling !!!
