#188 v 2.1.2 - Availability shows "Time of activity" as 12-1pm

The Availability tab in the Activity edit window always
shows the "Time of activity" as 12-1pm. It should match
the actualy time of the activity.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new activity or select and existing activity.
2. Select the "Availability" tab in the "Activity" window.
3. Notice that the "Time of activity" shows as 12-1pm.
