#175 Select Date & Time Issues

After clicking the Calendar Icons, a 'Select Date and
Time' window opens. Here are layout issues I noticed:

1) The label 'Date ::' needs to have one colon removed
2) The button [Clear Time] is too close to the Time
Field. There needs to be more padding below the Time
field.
