#165 dtwm: Menus only work on screen 0

Workspace and window-menus work fine on screen 0. But on other screens no menus pop up. When capturing the traffic with wireshark, I noticed, the X-server responds with a lot of BadWindow, BadGC and BadDrawable when trying to pop up a menu on screen 1. This problem is reproducable on 32 and 64 bit builds of CDE.
Other applications can pop up menus on screen 1 without problems.
When talking about screen, I mean the X11 definition of a screen.
