cde can't start on fedora 39 with selinux activ. rpcbind can't start and cde hangs at dthello.
A workaround is to disable selinux at /etc/selinux/config (SELINUX=disabled) and set the kernal parameter selinux to 0 (grubby --update-kernel ALL --args selinux=0).
