CDAT 4.0Beta 2 available

CDAT (Climate Data Analysis Tools) is an open-source, Python-based environment for scientific calculations and graphics with focus on the needs of climate modelers. This release includes Full Mac OS-X support, thermodynamic diagrams contrib package, and averager/time tools bug fixes (bounds related issues).
